We are currently looking for a Print Customer Service Representative to join our team.
If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a customer-first mentality, this could be the job for you! The Print Customer Service Representative strategizes with customers to determine their needs and advise them on products and services to meet their requirements.
They establish strong customer relationships and are the point-of-contact for the customer throughout the production process.
The ideal candidate for this position is service & detail oriented with a great work ethic and enthusiastic personality.
Responsibilities:
Be knowledgeable of all products and services offered Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and website Assist walk-in customers with order pick-up and solutions for new projects Produce black-line copies, other small jobs for customers and help out in production as needed Maintain communication between production team and customers throughout the production process Follow-up on client projects to ensure production quality and satisfaction
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Handle communications with customers in a professional manner Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Proven record of customer service and/or sales skills Education &
Experience:
Experience in a customer service environment Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Experience with social media & marketing in a business setting is a plus Knowledge of printing, prepress, graphic design is a plus Knowledge of promotional products is a plus Knowledge of mailing is a plus Job Type:
