Power generation client is currently seeking an Associate Nuclear Technical Specialist to assist project managers and technical specialists in various activities associated with the development and completion of commercial processes and programs at Oconee Nuclear Station in Seneca, SC. This is a 10 month CONTRACT position, with the possibility of extension. Local candidates are preferred, but per diem will be considered for highly qualified candidates.
Responsibilities for the Specialist
Create, schedule and manage all work requests and preventive maintenance programs for the Site Services organization
Maintain and process all Environmental Work Orders and coordinate with the environmental health and safety group
Oversee Training Program for Site Services employees and contractors
Requirements for the Specialist
Experience acting as the single point of contact for allocation of site facility workspace
Background generating and reviewing trends for work orders, project status, program maintenance, temporary structures and 502 facilities change request program documents
