Great company in Seneca, SC seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant. Must have previous experience and be willing to work 90% in a virtual capacity. Pay depends on experience. Immediate hire send resumes right away.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Schedule appointments with clients and others; confirm appointments 24 hours in advance
2. Track email and determine action for Owner
3. Make travel arrangements (plane, hotel, car rental, etc.)
4. Maintain Owner electronic calendar on two calendars: IPhone Cloud and Microsoft Outlook
5. Prepare invoices, follow up on payments when over 30 days on Owners behalf
6. Prepare input for monthly QuickBooks transactions (may be sent to bookkeeper, or maintained in-house)
7. Research projects
8. Set up Caliper Assessments for Clients
9. Monitor Owner calls while they are traveling
10. Minor website update (Wordpress Knowledge helpful)
Skills required:
Intermediate Office software skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good grammar for email composition and telephone conversations; professional telephone manner
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Accuracy in documents and numbers
Ability to drive to Seneca once per week or 2-3 times per month to pick up or drop off work
Interested in learning the business and developing a relationship with clients.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
