Data Entry Specialist
Data Entry Specialist needed for multi-office sports medicine / physical therapy office headquartered in Seneca, SC.
Essential Functions:
receives spreadsheets containing revenue data from each office within practice (20+)
enters data accurately into EMR billing system
submits reports on revenue stream as requested by supervisory staff
participates in educational activities & attends monthly staff meetings
conducts self in accordance with rules, guidelines of employee manual
maintains strictest confidentiality & adheres to all HIPAA guidelines / regulations
Skills/Experience Require Knowledge of the Following:
computer systems such as Microsoft Office, EMR systems, etc
proficient in Microsoft Excel
business office procedures and practices
operating a computer, basic office equipment, multi-line telephone system
pleasant, polished, helpful, and compassionate disposition at all times
ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, management, and the public in general
well organized, detail oriented, and able to meet all deadlines
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
